Within easy reach of Hesdin, Montreuil sur Mer and Le Touquet.

The house has a spacious open plan lounge / dining area / kitchen with tiled floor and comfortable furnishings.  It sleeps up to 5: on the ground floor there are a double bedroom, a room with full size bunk beds and a shower room / W.C.  Upstairs there is a single bedroom and a mezzanine seating and play area.

Facilities include widescreen English satellite TV, DVD player, CD music centre, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with washing machine and dryer, a large garden with garden furniture and 65 metres of stream bordering one side of the property.

The property has its own drive with parking for 2 cars.

Activities in the area include a Pony Club 1.5km away, 2 theme parks, many historical sites, and there are walks to picturesque chateaux and a watermill along the riverbank.
